I had to understand that the words I used to describe my "project" made me despicable person because my poor Engslish is weak stumbling and biased in any respect hinsight forthcoming futureable prospect

as the idea of law must be universal - is opposite to not being understood universally.

I think this is a very similar issue.

but should not appear like one having those access defining conditions. We are pretending that it is something more on a general and more  universal level when and where access points enter language.
Understanding must be universal but nationalist in the same time. French or british or … Arabic.
